Description-

The Ai-M62-13 is a Wi-Fi 6 + BLE5.3 module created by Shenzhen Ai-Thinker Technology Co., Ltd. This module features the BL616 chip as its core processor, supporting Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n/ax, BLE, and Thread protocols. The BL616 system includes a low-power 32-bit RISC-V CPU with a floating-point unit, DSP unit, cache, and memory, achieving a maximum dominant frequency of 320M. The Ai-M62-13 module offers a wealth of peripheral interfaces such as Audio Codec, USB2.0, SDU, SD/MMC(SDH), SPI, UART, I2C, I2S, PWM, GPDAC, GPDC, ACOMP, and GPIO. It is suitable for a wide range of applications including audio and video multimedia, the Internet of Things (IoT), mobile devices, wearable electronics, and smart homes. Additionally, the Ai-M62-13 module’s Security Engine supports AES/SHA/PKA/TRNG among other functions, facilitates image encryption and signature startup, and fulfills various security application requirements in the IoT domain.
