The Ai-M62-13U is a Wi-Fi 6 + BLE5.3 module created by Ai-Thinker, featuring a BL616 chip as its core processor. It supports the Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n/ax and BLE protocols, as well as the Thread protocol. The BL616 chip comprises a low-power 32-bit RISC-V CPU with a floating-point unit, DSP unit, cache, and memory, achieving a maximum frequency of 320MHz. The Ai-M62-13U module boasts an array of peripheral interfaces, such as Audio Codec, USB2.0, SDU, SD/MMC(SDH), SPI, UART, I2C, I2S, PWM, GPDAC, GPDC, ACOMP, and GPIO. Its versatile application extends across audio and video multimedia, the Internet of Things (IoT), mobile devices, wearable electronics, and smart homes. Additionally, the Ai-M62-13U Sec Eng module includes support for AES/SHA/PKA/TRNG, image encryption, signature startup, and caters to a variety of security needs within IoT applications.
