This sensor is a B3950 10K NTC waterproof high-precision thermistor that can measure temperature in various applications. It has a stainless-steel tip of 5 x 25mm with an XH2.54 connector and a 4-meter cable. Its negative thermal coefficient (NTC) means that its resistance decreases as the temperature increases. However, the relationship between resistance and temperature is not linear, so a table of measurements from the datasheet is more accurate than a linear formula.
