DRV8825 Stepper Motor Driver with Aluminum Heat Sink
This product is a breakout board for the DRV8825 micro stepping bipolar stepper motor driver from TI. It can control a bipolar stepper motor with adjustable current limiting, overcurrent, and overtemperature protection, and six micro step resolutions (up to 1/32-step). It works with 8.2 – 45 V power supply and can deliver up to about 1.5 A per phase without cooling (up to 2.2 A per phase with adequate cooling). It has a similar pinout and interface as the A4988 stepper motor driver carriers, so it can replace them in many applications with better performance.
The board comes with an aluminum heat sink for better heat dissipation.
