Force Sensor 5.08mm Circle
This FSR is a small device that can sense the amount of force applied to its 0.16″ (4 mm) circular area. The resistance of the FSR changes inversely with the force: more force means less resistance, and vice versa. When there is no force, the resistance is higher than 1MΩ, and when there is full force, the resistance is 2.5kΩ.
The sensor has two pins at the bottom with 0.1″ spacing, which makes it easy to use with a breadboard.
These sensors are good for detecting pressure, but not very precise. They can tell if something is squeezing them, but they are not suitable for measuring weight.
