The GW Instek GFC 8131 H Frequency Counter, part of the GFC-8000 Series, fulfills the majority of counting measurements required in laboratories, covering both period and frequency measurements. It boasts a bright red 8-digit LED display, complete with an overflow indicator, ensuring clear visibility of results.

Equipped with a stable time base, both models in the series offer a maximum resolution of 100nHz for frequency measurement and 10nS at 1Hz for period measurement. Users can configure the gate time to prioritize either fast response (5 digits/10ms) or accuracy (7 digits/s), providing flexibility and control over measurements. For applications demanding high frequencies, the GFC-8270H model supports operations up to 2.7GHz.

Featuring a user-friendly front panel interface, the GFC-8000 Series ensures easy operation suitable for both portable and bench-top use.
