The HM-10 is a Bluetooth 4.0 module that can operate as either a master or a slave. It enables wireless data communication between devices. It uses the Texas Instruments CC2540 or CC2541 Bluetooth low energy (BLE) System on Chip (SoC) as its core. The module design and firmware are from Jinan Huamao Technology Company. It can be used as a serial port replacement to connect an MCU, a PC, or any other embedded project. There are two versions of HM-10: HM-10C and HM-10S. This is the HM-10S Bluetooth module.
